Who we are
Modern Revenue Systems ("we," "us," "our") provides front-office communication services (call handling, text messaging, appointment scheduling, and follow-up) to small service businesses. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and services, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly. Name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you include in a form submission, text message, or call with us.
- Communication records. When you interact with a business that uses our service, or with us, we process call logs, call recordings, voicemails, text message content, and appointment details in order to deliver the service.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting providers log standard web server information such as IP address and browser type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate page traffic. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies that follow you across other sites. The revenue calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are never transmitted to us.
How we use information
- To provide the services: answering and returning communications, scheduling appointments, sending follow-ups and review requests on behalf of the business you contacted.
- To respond when you contact us about our own services.
- To maintain, secure, and improve our systems.
- To comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications compliance rules.
Text messaging opt-in data: not shared, not sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties.
Text message program: what we send and how you control it
If you give us your mobile number and separately agree to receive text messages, this is the program you are agreeing to. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. It is never required to submit a form, request a quote, become a client, or use any part of our service.
- What we send. A reply acknowledging a request you sent us, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the specific request you made. We do not send messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lists.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately, automatically, and permanently. Reply HELP for help, or contact Admin@ModernRevenueSystems.Com or (612) 453-1818.
- Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data security
We protect the information you give us using encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls limited to the two owners of the business, and reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide the service.
When we share information
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the platform (telephone and messaging carriers, hosting providers, and the software platforms the service runs on), with the specific business you contacted (your plumber sees your service request), and where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Retention and deletion
We keep communication records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by emailing Admin@ModernRevenueSystems.Com or texting the number that contacted you. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is legally required.
Children
Our services are for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
